Shipping & Delivery

Most orders will ship the same day by 4PM EST. offers free shipping in most cases. We will ship to APOs & FPOs when we can, but please email Delta Team at with the address to see if we can honor free shipping. 

If a package is refused or not delivered because no one is at the address to receive the package at the time of delivery, reserves the right to refund the cost of the product less normal shipping cost. We only ship to the authorized shipping address for the payment method.

CopyThat.US respects your right to privacy and your right to know how your information is being used. Alltough we need to collect certain information to process your order and provide essential customer service, we take all possible measures to protect your personal information. If we make any changes to our privacy policy, we will post it on our site.

Returns & Replacements

Please keep all packaging materials for at least 30 days should you decide to return your order. Place the factory box into a separate shipping box, and include the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number underneath the return address. (Do NOT put shipping labels or tape on the manufacturer's package, unless the product was shipped that way. If you do, you may be charged a restocking fee. 

You may return any unopened or unused products in its original packaging for a refund less shipping fees incurred (restocking fee may apply) within the first 30 days of placing your order. Any order which is refused, upon delivery or recalled, will be refunded less shipping cost both ways and any fees (if applicable) which we incur from the shipping carrier. All returns must include the item's original, unopened, unused and undamaged packaging with all original manufacturer supplied accessories, instructions and the blank warranty card. You must have the original packaging, and the item must be in Brand New Condition (product unused). Items and packing must not be marred, mishandled, or tampered with by an unauthorized repair person. UPC codes, and the serial number for the product you purchased must match our records, be present and legible. If your product does not meet these requirements, you will not be issued a refund. You then have (5) days to secure the return of the product at your cost. Otherwise, we will dispose of it. In order to arrange a return/exchange, please contact us via Email at to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

If you are sending your product in for a refund/exchange, please make sure you repack the product carefully, including all original box materials, inserts, manuals, cables, unfilled warranty and rebate cards. Place the factory box into a separate shipping box, and include the RMA number underneath the return address. (Do not put shipping labels or tape on the manufacturer's package, unless the product was shipped that way. If you do, you could be charged a restocking fee.)

Please drop off the package at your local drop off location within five (5) days of the label creation date or the return will be canceled.

Refunds are applied to the payment method used at time of purchase 3-7 days after merchandise is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee between 5% and 50% based on the condition of the returned merchandise.
Please ship returns with insured ground delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We can exchange defective items within 7 days of receipt without any restocking fee. After 7 days, please use the applicable warranty to inquire about a repair.

Final Sale Products: The following items cannot be returned: Appliances, Health and Beauty products, Software, Printers, Televisions, IPods, Projectors, A/V Receivers, Cellular phones, Underwater equipment, Consumable items, Computers, Grills, and Special Order Items.
Please thoroughly inspect your television for any external, as well as internal damage or defect before signing for the package. You may even plug your TV in and turn it on. Please take your time while confirming your television is in good working condition. If you do come across damage to your product before receiving it, please refuse the package and make a note of the damage on the delivery invoice.

When the package arrives and the box appears to be damaged or tampered with in any way, please refuse the package and notify us immediately. Once a package is signed for by the recipient, the aforementioned recipient is responsible forthwith.

We cannot guarantee the effectiveness of Health & Beauty products. Results may vary. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

If your shipment is lost or was damaged while in transit, please contact us via Email at, and one of our representatives will submit a damage claim or place a tracer request on the package – whichever option is appropriate. Please be patient while the tracer is in progress, as this process usually takes between 3-8 business days. If the package is found during this tracer, it will be delivered to you by the shipping carrier. However, if the package is indeed lost, it will be submitted as a claim with the carrier. This process usually takes between 3-8 business days as well.

Please note: If you sign for a package at the shipping company's hub or office, and it is not delivered to the shipping address, the buyer waives all rights to start a claim or chargeback against CopyThat.US or the shipping company. Please inspect the package before signing for it. Any damage or defect reported after the signature is obtained, it is not the responsibility of CopyThat.US.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

When paying by credit card, we can only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company.  If you wish to use a shipping address other than what is on file with your credit card company, you must use PayPal. When paying by PayPal, we can only ship to the address that PayPal confirms and approves as your shipping address. If we receive an ineligible payment from you via PayPal or credit card, we will refund it immediately, and contact you via email.

Pricing is subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion. Due to the nature of the electronics industry, we cannot offer price protection credits once the item has been purchased. Please be aware that prices fluctuate, and we are offering you the best price we can at the time.

We are not responsible for pricing errors on our site. We are not responsible for incorrect product descriptions and specifications. CopyThat.US does its best to ensure that all information is accurate, but there are instances where items can be listed incorrectly. If you see an error on a product specification, please contact us and we will correct it at
